Ben is working as a Senior Producer and Representative at First Frame Film in Munich, Germany. Before joining, he has been part of a Danish design studio, out of which they created one of today's most important design companies. With his vast experience in the media and design industry, Ben has both, the necessary commercial know-how and the eye for an aesthetic visual language, that makes First Frame so unique. As one of the leading service productions in the DACH region, he and his colleagues have realized productions for networks such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Apple TV+, Paramount Global, Google and many others. Besides that, Ben and his team at First Frame are currently developing several non-fictional formats and a fictional series.

Isobel is COO and Development Producer at Malao GmbH, a tech-driven movie development studio based between Germany and Australia bringing Meaningful Entertainment to global audiences for commercial success and positive social impact. Prior to joining Malao in 2020, Isobel directed Watersprite International Film Festival, one of the largest student film festivals in the world, managing a team of over fifty people, growing its social media presence and expanding its mentorship program offering. Her previous work ranges from marketing at Sony Music Entertainment to guest management at Munich Film Festival, as well as experience in China, Spain and Peru. Isobel has a first-class degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge.

Joe is the founder & managing partner of Penzing Studios and owner & CEO of Occupant Entertainment, an independent film & television production company focused on high-end international co-productions. Recent credits include "Guns Akimbo" starring Daniel Radcliffe, "Kung Fury II", starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Michael Fassbender and "The Crow", directed by Rupert Sanders and starring Bill Skarsgaard, the latter being the first major international production to shoot all virtual production at Penzing Studios.

Marco is a German producer, distributor, manager and lawyer, CEO and owner of the company Hollywood Cinema TV GmbH. Former MD of the Deutsche Telekom subsidiary "Mediavision“ and of the TV Channel "Fashion TV“. Currently he is in the community best known for producing documentaries like „Swarm Intelligence“ (Deutsche Telekom/Magenta TV) about the creation of a company protecting the oceans from plastic garbage, for producing the motorsport series "2Brothers Racing The World“ (Sky Germany) and several travel documentaries under the brand „City Lights" for and with Deutsche Telekom (also in 3D). He has established contacts for the distribution of FAST Channels and VOD content in the German language markets. Now he is aiming for the international markets. New projects include an international series about family relations of world renown international sportsmen, and a new fictional series based on real events about a historical German/American person and his family moving to the US during the pioneer days of the 19th century, and the ensuing conflict between settlers and first nations.

Markus started his career in post-production before he founded a production company and started working for Bavaria Film Group for almost 20 years. In 2007 he became a member of the board at Bavaria Film (Holding). With the financing broker Bavaria Film Partners, Markus formed a special business operation to acquire international productions and support producers, financiers and technical service providers worldwide. In 2014 Markus took over the structure and founded International Film Partners alongside with Bernie Stampfer. Markus is credited on many feature projects e.g. “The Perfume”, “Big Game” and “Snowden”.

Silvia studied literature and communication in Bamberg, Munich and Swansea, Wales. After completing her doctorate in German literature, she coordinated, among other things, an international doctoral programme at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität, Munich, organised a symposium on Susan Sontag and published an anthology on the American writer, essayist and director. In 2018, Silvia Tiedtke began her work at FilmFernsehFonds Bayern, initially as an online editor. At the beginning of 2020, she moved to the funding department and has since been responsible for the areas of story development, project development and production of web series as well as for diversity.
