As a further development of the Forum Media Academy founded in 1982, Ensider offers the perfect platform for specialists and managers in the creative industries in German-speaking countries.

Reception
In 2022, we will invite you to the reception at the Hilton City Munich. The guests' physical well-being will be taken care of on the sun terrace or in the ballroom.

The established highlight of the event is a panel discussion on the topic of talent development, skilled workers and social sustainability. In the past, we have been able to attract high-ranking representatives from associations, broadcasters, streamers and distributors, but also casters, agencies and talents.
networking
The event offers opportunities for networking at the reception and in the area surrounding the panel.
Afterwards there will also be a digital catch-up in the digital Ensider:Lounge.
hybrid online presence
In the on-demand area of Ensider, various keynotes and presentations, as well as trailers for current films, can be used for 30 days from the day of the event. The panel discussion will take place in person at the event location and will then be available as a recording in the on-demand area.
