The film industry is currently changing faster than almost any other industry. Market changes in cinema, streaming and television on the one hand, but also the effects of AI, a shortage of skilled workers, fair working conditions and a strike by American authors are being discussed globally and locally. At the Munich Film Festival, the Talent Summit offers an exclusive atmosphere to discuss these topics. Statements and discussion contributions from specialists complement the strong opportunity for individual networking. Hardly any other event represents these two elements in such a balanced way. As part of the Munich Film Festival, the organizers invite personal guests, members of the Producers Alliance, accredited festival participants and trade visitors to the current challenges on June 28, 2023 at 4 p.m. at the Hilton Munich City Hotel. A small contingent of tickets is available for a reduced period for interested trade visitors via ensider.de .
This year, too, Ensider.net, together with adag payroll services , Black Forest Studios , cattleya , International Film Partners , Ludwig Kameraverleih , OneGate Media , Optical Art , in cooperation with the Producers Alliance Services , supported by Hilton and Medias Reiseservice , are inviting you as usual. We would like to take this opportunity to thank our reach partners, in particular VTFF , WIFT , Producers Association , Media Club Munich and Casting-Network.de .
The focus is on direct dialogue again this year and will be stimulated by various keynote speeches and short interviews. Representatives from different specialist areas will share their perspectives on talent in the current context. The Walt Disney method inspires the moderation of broadcasters and exploiters, casting directors and agents as well as technology leaders to have their say.
This year, the "Talent Summit" is embedded in a series of events with Unified Filmmakers. UFM is a value-based, international platform that enables interaction, collaboration and communication between filmmakers, companies and organizations. The two UFM panels on the topic: "The production of audiovisual works today and tomorrow - how digital networks can help us in the future" are intended to show how the value chain of film works is currently geared to the needs of business, science, government and society. In addition, the aim is to shed light on how digital networks will help to realize film works in the future in order to be able to enter into direct exchange with the audience during the production process.
We will share further details about our event on LinkedIn in the next few weeks.
